XL European Workshop

We are delighted to invite you to the XL Workshop 2026, the flagship annual event where 12 leading European convention venues connect with 12 major international associations for 2.5 days of focused one-to-one meetings, exchange, and networking.

Now in its 21st year, this exclusive format has become a trusted platform for building long-term partnerships in the association meetings industry.

The 2026 edition will take place in Vienna – flights, accommodation, and meals are covered.
